Core capture, annotations, text OCR, pins and recording are free. No SnapNeo account is needed. Microsoft Store handles installation and purchases.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Install from Microsoft Store, choose “Upgrade to SnapNeo Pro” from the tray, and complete the one-time purchase at the local price shown in the app. No license key is needed.
What happens after changing PCs or reinstalling?
Install SnapNeo using the Microsoft Store account that made the purchase, then select “Restore purchases” in the Pro window. Device use follows Store licensing rules. Standalone and portable editions are not publicly distributed at this stage.
Which versions does a purchase include?
Buy perpetual Pro 1.x access and updates within 1.x, with no subscription. Future major versions are priced separately; purchased 1.x rights remain. Upgrade details will be announced at release.
How do local recognition and offline Pro access differ?
Text and table recognition run locally. Formula recognition needs a separate model installed first. Buying and restoring Pro need Microsoft Store connectivity; offline Pro access depends on a valid license supplied by the Store.
How do refunds and purchase records work?
