Extract text
Use the shortcut and select a region containing text. Text OCR runs on your device, without uploading the image.
Record & trim
Use the recording shortcut and choose a region. Free includes MP4, GIF, WebP, microphone and system audio, microphone denoising, and automatic volume.
MP4 clip export (Pro) In the MP4 preview, click the scissors button marked PRO, set a start and end, and export. Trimming requires an active Pro license and preserves the original. Playback, saving the full recording, and saving the current frame are free.
Buy Pro
- Install and open SnapNeo from Microsoft Store. Essential features are free.
- Choose “Upgrade to SnapNeo Pro” from the tray to see your local Store price.
- Select Buy and complete payment in Microsoft’s purchase window. Pro 1.x unlocks after license confirmation.
Cancelling a purchase does not unlock Pro. If you paid but Pro is still locked, restore purchases before attempting to pay again.
Restoration & support
After changing PCs or reinstalling, sign into Microsoft Store with the purchasing account, install SnapNeo, and select “Restore purchases” in the Pro window. No license key or website device unbinding is needed. Device use follows Store licensing rules.
